Delivery is carried out by professional delivery men selected by the artisans. Before shipping the products, the craftsmen make sure to check their quality and integrity and ensure they are protected for delivery.

In collaboration with our craftsmen, we do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

We currently offer delivery to the following countries:

We understand that there may come a time when you wish to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you would like to return your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You may return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All returned products must be new and unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process
To return an item, send us an email to customer.service@vetrinarte.com with your order number and reason for return, and our support team will be happy to help you with the next steps.

Refunds
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will issue your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item(s) for your return to be processed.
